You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password with anyone. You own your data, and we won't access it unless you ask us to for support reasons.

1. Account Terms & Security

By registering for an Auto-Admin account, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches. Auto-Admin cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

The Gist: Payments

Subscriptions are billed automatically in advance. You can cancel at any time, but we do not issue refunds for partial months of service if you choose to leave early.

2. Payment & Billing

A valid credit card or approved payment method is required for all accounts. The service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan, and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

We work hard to keep Auto-Admin running perfectly, but software can have bugs. We are not legally liable if something breaks, if you lose data, or if you lose business as a result.

3. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Auto-Admin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances will be limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the incident.
